A Lumini Interiors client asked us to design a bright, contemporary open‑plan living space in one of London’s most desirable suburbs bringing together modern luxury, comfort, and everyday practicality with an accessibility-first mindset.
The living area is anchored by a curved cream sofa and a sculptural statement ottoman, layered over a soft neutral rug for warmth and acoustic comfort. A wall‑mounted TV and sleek linear fireplace with dramatic veined stone detailing create a clean focal point, while warm timber accents and gallery-style artwork add depth and personality.
By the full-height glazing, we designed a calm viewing and entertaining zone with a long black console table and styling vignette—positioned to enjoy the panoramic skyline. Clear circulation space and thoughtful furniture placement support ease of movement, while sheer curtains soften the light and maintain privacy without blocking the view.
The result is a modern, elegant open‑plan interior that feels airy, curated, and inclusive ideal for hosting, unwinding, and taking in the city from home.
